Q1: A JPEG2000 image is viewed on home's PC, but it cannot be viewed at office.
A1:JuGeMuPlayer plug in delivers image data with JPIP protocol. It is a standard of ISO, and is a protocol to deliver streaming type.
The keepalive command of HTTP is used to deliver a JPEG2000 file, but HTTP after version 1.1 supports this.
However, a lot of user site is using HTTP /1.0, and if you use JuGeMuPlayer plug in via a proxy server, you cannot view JPEG2000 image data because a keepalive does not work definitely.
At this time the error message showed above is issued.
When this problem happened, Please contact your network manager.
Q2: A JPEG2000 image cannot be viewed after installing a personal firewall.
A2:It was confirmed that an error occurred when some commercial personal firewall was used.
A security function of a firewall may intercept streaming delivery of JPIP protocol. Because confirmed that the images was viewed right when firewall function was turned off.
If you disable a firewall function to prevent this situation, execute this action in responsibility of your own after consideration enough about security matter.
Even if any damages occur to your PC and other thing by this, we do not take responsibility for all.
In addition, a similar problem about the anti-virus without firewall function is not reported.
Known Problem
1.Problem of communication between the plug in of different version and a server
In some site, which provide image delivery service to view a JPEG2000 with plug in "JuGeMuPlayer", when you view a JPEG2000 image with this plug in, sometimes the following error message happens.
In addition, it is reported that image is not displayed till the last and not displayed clearly.

When such an error occurred, force to terminate a browser (InternetExplrer). And we will take measures to prevent an above error, among then, you can continue to view images by the following either method.
1) Use viewing service with JPEG data.
or
2) Install "JuGeMuPlayer" ver.3.0 (the previous version), the problem of above does not occur and you can view images of JPEG2000.
Before installing "JuGeMuPlayer" ver.3.0, you must uninstall the previous version of "JuGeMuPlayer", if it exists.
Download the installer of "JuGeMuPlayer" ver.3.0 from the following.
2.The problem may occur when you operate the plug in again after keeping on display of JPEG2000 without operating plug in for a while.
When you operate the plug in again after keeping on display of JPEG2000 without operating plug in for a certain time, the following error message may be issued.
The time of no operation is dependent on a parameter assigned of a image delivery server.
When this message was displayed, click "OK" button of an error dialogue. Error dialogue disappears, and plug in is enabled continuously.
