When communication by a JPIP protocol became abnormal ( problem of a proxy server due to http version 1.0 not having a keep-alive function), or when the image delivery server didn't work, a error message issued frequently or a browser was forced to terminate.
This problem is fixed.
Add a zoom function of a rectangular area specified by mouse cursor.
Add a print function of a screen at size of original image data.
